I had the opportunity to speak with the High Council, apparently according to the Stake Pres. I will have many more. (those of you who know why I think that is....quit laughing!) It wasn't as bad as I thought. And in the end, I am pretty sure the talk that I wrote was full of advice for myself. Always room for improvement right? I thought I would share two of the thoughts from my talk.
I love both of them!!!
It has wisely been suggested that before we point out someone else’s faults, we should take time to count ten—ten of our own faults.

If you aren't careful, you are going to end up in the General Relief Society Presidency, and then you'll be speaking with the apostles at General Conference...
But most people ARE despicable!! No, really, those are great thoughts and very good advice. I only see one flaw–I'm not sure you can come up with ten faults of your own.
ha ha ha ~ what you don't know is the reason that i am speaking with the high council is because I say things I shouldn't in front of the Stake Pres.
I just loved the quotes, I think they were written for me. Love it when you come across something that makes you think and inspires you to do better. =)
Your awesome! I'm sure you posted these quotes just for me!
Wow Holl, those are both amazing...spoken from the optimist herself. I hope never forget either of them. Good luck with the "many" talks ahead. I have no doubt you will do awesome. I will just miss seeing you and hearing your awesome input and testimony, not to mention seeing your sweetest smile when I'm scared outta my mind doing my lesson. Love ya, miss ya!
